Sexual health

Sexual health includes finding suitable contraception, avoiding getting a sexually transmitted disease (STI), and managing menopause.

Good sexual health is about being confident and in control, and keeping ourselves and our partners safe.

If you’ve a question concerning sex, sexual health or contraception, find out more on the NHS website.

If you think something’s wrong, using the NHS website will help you work out whether to visit your GP or a sexual health clinic.
