Patient Group Directions (PGDs)
The majority of NHS PGDs used in primary care in Bristol are owned and authorised by NHS England. Bristol CCG does not own or authorise PGDs for use in General Practice, but we do for some services that we directly commission.

Ordering NHS Stationery
NHS stationery such as FP10 forms, insulin passports, methotrexate booklets and steroid cards can be ordered from Primary Care Support England (PCSE).
