Medicines Management in Care Homes
The Medicines Management team at Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) aims to encourage working with care homes to improve the safe use of medicines, also ensure optimal medication therapy is in place by providing updates on newsletters, Care Homes with Nursing Clinical Forums as well as education and training sessions on various medicines optimisation topics.
We are currently updating documents and content to reflect the transition into an ICB. You may therefore notice some references to the CCG remain temporarily. Over time, these will be updated.
