Together, we have been setting out how health and care services will work in partnership and are developing plans that will enable us to continue to meet the health needs of our local population at a time of increasing demand and constrained resources following the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are collating feedback from service users, carers and the public to help inform our planning. This includes information from public engagement activities, local surveys and local health scrutiny committees, and information collated from ‘friends and family’ test data, patient complaints and Care Quality Commission reports.
Our thinking is being shaped by the issues that those who rely on our services have told us are important to them.
The Sustainability and Transformation Partnership Plan Summary originally described how we proposed to organise and deliver services prior to becoming an Integrated Care System (ICS). New plans representing our ICS status and future plans for working with local people on their health and cares needs are now under consideration.
